If your document didn't release as intended on a DIS printer or copier, we can reimburse your printing costs to your printing account. 


Please send us an email at servicedesk@dis.dk, or stop by our office in Vestergade 5 during our opening hours from 8 - 16 on weekdays. If you choose to email us, please include your 5 digit DIS student ID number and the time for when you had issues printing.
