DIS printers and copiers support the following paper sizes;
- A4 (210 mm x 297 mm)
- A3 (297 mm x 420 mm)
All other paper sizes are unsupported and the printers and copiers will not release documents that use these formats. Please take note of the paper size in your document before printing.
*If a document with an unsupported paper size is set to release on a DIS copier or printer, the document will be stuck in the printing queue and will not release until told to use a supported format.
This will block any future printing until sorted out.
