If you only see a blank page after typing in your DIS credentials on the DIS wifi splash page, then its possibly because your device is set to block cookies. This is most commonly known on iOS for iPhones and iPads. See below for instructions on how to enable cookies.
iOS 11 & 12
1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Scroll down and tap 'Safari'
3. Scroll down and disable the option 'Block all cookies'
iOS 10
1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Scroll down and tap 'Safari'
3. Scroll down and tap the option 'Block cookies'
4. Choose the option 'Always Allow'.
Proceed to sign in to DIS-Student once again, and your credentials should now get approved properly.
